We work as a team under the mentorship of a Medical Director, who is not hiding in the wings. He not only has 30 years of industry experience but also remains passionate about the medical-cosmetic industry and treats thousands of his own clients a year.

Dr. Albert Ho, the medical director of Renaissance Cosmetic Clinics, has over 30 years of experience with anti-aging treatments and cosmetic injectables.

Dr. Ho is dedicated to his career in the cosmetic field and will constantly strive to provide you with the best outcomes possible while continuing to train and expand his expertise.

Dr Ho runs a mentorship program in Perth for Doctors and RN's who wish to enter the industry, but require some guidance and a place to practice while they build their skills and knowledge.

Dr. Mo embarked on a career in cosmetic medicine because she has a love of procedural skills; and a passion for anatomy, facial symmetry, and for making her patients feel confident about themselves.
She strives for natural, age-appropriate results for her patients and does so by structuring a step-by-step approach to achieving her patient’s goals.

Renee graduated from Curtin University in 2004 with a bachelor of Science. She worked at the Mount hospital from her graduate program and finished as the Operating theatre Area Manager 10 years later.
She also was a clinical nurse in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. She started injecting for a cosmetic doctor in 2009 and then worked with a plastic surgeon for many years growing her passion knowledge for the cosmetic industry.

Mia graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2011, before relocating to Perth.
​
Before medical aesthetics, Mia completed a Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Nursing, and explored different roles including vaccination, occupational health, and working in general hospitals.
​
Mia has a special interest in beauty, which she attributes to her Korean background. She feels that she can contribute to helping her clients feel more confident in their appearance, by providing appropriate and effective cosmetic treatments. Mia is passionate about continual improvement of her skills and knowledge in the cosmetic industry.

​Lena graduated from Curtin University in 2017 with a Master of Nursing Practice, however she was previously practicing as a doctor in Russia since 1992.
Lena has extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge in the beauty and medical cosmetic fields. Lena is also clinical trainer for a dermal filler distribution company.

Angeline is a medical doctor who graduated from Jakarta's Christian University Krida Wacana.
She worked as a general practitioner in Jakarta after earning her medical degree.
Her focus and passion are in aesthetics and cosmetic injectables.
Her subsequent roles as a Health Practitioner at a Laser Clinic in Jakarta, and as a cosmetic injector at an Aesthetic Clinic in Bali, have provided her with valuable knowledge and experience in the cosmetic field.

Dr. Justine Liong graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1992 and has been involved in the field of cosmetic medicine for more than 10 years. Before working in Melbourne, Dr. Liong has managed and worked in cosmetic medicine in Malaysia. She is interested in nonsurgical procedures to enhance and improve oneself, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP, peels, lasers, and skincare.
Dr. Justine Liong is passionate about her work and is constantly upgrading her skills by attending lectures and seminars locally and overseas. She believes that simple procedures can help maintain one’s appearance and boost confidence.

Bridie obtained her Bachelor of Nursing from Queensland University of Technology in 2009 and after completing her graduate placement at the Royal Melbourne Hospital began working for Renaissance Clinics in Melbourne in 2011.
After spending many years in the clinic, Bridie now manages compliance and supports the team behind the scenes.
