Whether you’re concerned about texture, tone, early signs of ageing, or overall radiance, we’ll guide you through a range of treatments and create a tailored plan designed to achieve naturally refreshed, glowing results.
What happens during the consult?
Firstly, we identify your skin type. We then discuss your concerns and motivations in relation to your skin with either a dermal therapist or a beauty therapist, doctor or registered nurse with specific training in the field of skin health. This personalised assessment will help you understand your current skin condition and the options available to improve it. This is followed by a custom treatment plan, which will likely include a home skincare routine and a discussion of dermal therapy and or/anti-ageing options suited to your motivations and budget.
Who can have a skin consult?
Skin consults are ideal for adults and teenagers (accompanied by their guardian) seeking to address skin issues and improve appearance. This consult is tailored to fit a wide range of skin types and concerns. This service is not exclusively for those with skin issues. Most people can benefit, unless found to be unsuitable during the consultation and require referral to a GP or dermatologist. People under 18 years and women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding may be excluded from some treatment options.
Can I go ahead with treatment on the same day?
In some cases there will be an opportunity to proceed with treatment after your consult. However, some treatments may require your skin to be 'prepped' for treatment with an at-home regime. Certain services may also require products to be ordered or time allowed in a follow up appointment.
Is there a cost for a consult?
Consultations are either complimentary or require a $50-$100 deposit for specific practitioners only. This can be deducted from treatment costs within 3 months.

Due to restrictions on advertising, pricing for anti-ageing services are restriced. We welcome you to have all your questions answered and obtain a realistic quote in consultation with our medical staff. These consultations are either complementary or require a deposit that can be used towards treatment. Our customer service team would be happy to assist you to book this.
