PAYMENT OPTIONS
In-Clinic Payments
For your convenience, we accept a range of payment methods. This includes cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards and Amex.
Payment is required on the day of your treatment.
We also accept the use of flexible payment plans through Afterpay, Zip Pay, MediPay, and Payright. Please see below for more information.
Payment Plans
At Renaissance Cosmetic Clinics we recognise that some patients prefer to spread payments for treatment. At participating stores, we allow the use of third-party providers, MediPay, After Pay and Zip Pay, which offers eligible applicants access to pre-approved funding.

Please note that we do not recommend or promote any particular financing scheme. These are payment options alongside other methods (such as credit card) and are provided for your convenience only. You remain free to choose the payment method you prefer.
Deposits
- While most of our clinics don't require deposits, some practitioners of locations require a $50-$100 deposit, which will be deducted off the cost of your treatment, or refunded if treatment is deemed inappropriate by the practitioner/prescribing doctor.
If you are a No Show or cancel within 24 hours without a valid reason, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Clients with more than 2 no shows or late notice cancellations, will also be asked to pay the $50 deposit .
- Until your deposit is paid, the appointment will only be held for 24 hours.
This deposit will soon be available for online payment, but can currently be paid:
- Over the phone with our customer service team via Credit Card

We offer Afterpay and Zip Pay (at participating stores) as a flexible payment solutions. These third party providers allow you to divide the cost of your treatment into instalments to manage your payments over time. More information is available on their websites.
For higher priced services and packages, we partner with a third-party provider, Medipay, which offers eligible applicants access to pre-approved funding, at participating stores. Patients may apply via Medipay, subject to eligibility and credit assessment. If approved, the treatment cost is paid directly to our clinic and the patient repays in instalments over an agreed period. All Medipay applications are managed independently.

You will receive full cost-information from MediPay before treatment, and your treatment will proceed only after you have given informed consent.
